THE KNIGHT ADJUSTABLE GLUTE HAM DEVELOPER

The Knight Adjustable Glute-Ham Developer (GHD) is crafted from robust 3-by-3-inch 7- and 11-gauge steel beams. It is a powerhouse GHD that requires no additional stability, thanks to a design philosophy that places the majority of its 355-pound weight just inches from the ground to ensure overall stability for most athletes. However, if you weigh over 300 pounds, you may want to secure the Knight to the floor through the ports on each of its three supports.

To use the Knight, first step onto the mounting platform at the center of the GHD. This position will allow you to easily mount the 9-inch-thick pads and secure your ankles between the vertically adjustable parallel leg rolls.

If you assume the prone position, you are now ready to perform glute ham raises, hip extensions, back extensions, Sorenson holds, and more. Once you are finished, use the forward handles to effortlessly dismount and/or reposition yourself facing upwards, unlocking challenging yet gratifying variations of sit-ups that increase abdominal traction and prioritize the protection of your tailbone.

If any of these exercises are too easy with just your body weight, attach elastic exercise bands to the 6 pegs on the bottom of the Knight, installed to facilitate resistance variations of classic GHD exercises.

The 56-inch height of the pads allows most athletes to lean forward without the risk of contacting the floor. The textured polyurethane-coated footplate, with 7 inches of horizontal adjustment thanks to an innovative collapsing frame design, ensures secure traction and accommodates diverse heights.

For added convenience, The Knight is equipped with two wheels on the back, allowing you to move your trusty steed around your fitness space with relative ease.
